1. Return / exchange of goods

In the event that my jewelry does not suit you and has not been worn, you have the option to return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery.

Just fill out the form you can find HERE. In order for a piece of jewelry to be eligible for return/exchange, it must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.

• Jewelry made according to the buyer's special requirements, i.e. custom-made, cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Pack the goods safely so that they are not damaged during transport, and send them (cash on delivery not accepted) to the address:

• Remember to keep proof of shipment.
• Please make sure the jewelry is sent for exchange/return undamaged, in the gift box with which it was delivered to you.
• If the returned jewelry is delivered in unsuitable condition, I will have to send it back to you.

The buyer bears the cost of delivering the jewelry for return/exchange. After delivery of your package and inspection of the returned goods, I will follow your instructions and return the entire amount to your account within 14 days, or exchange it for a new piece, whose price must match the original.

I will send you a new piece of jewelry immediately after receiving the item you want to exchange, to the address you entered in the form. If you have chosen a piece of jewelry with a different price than the one you originally purchased, you will need to place a new order once the original item has been returned and refunded to your account. If the item you'd like as a replacement is no longer available in the size or color you chose, the full amount will be refunded to your account within 14 days.

2. Free service of goods for 2 years

If my jewelry gets damaged, send it to me and I will repair it for you free of charge.

Once your package arrives, I will follow your instructions. I will repair the jewelry within 14 days of delivery and then send it by courier to the address you entered in the form.
