- 6.1.3. Online card payment — online payment by credit or debit card (VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro) via the secure Besteron payment gateway.
- 6.2. The buyer may use a discount coupon, which provides the buyer with the relevant discount. A discount coupon can only be used once. A discount coupon cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other discounts or with a gift voucher.

VII. Terms of Delivery
- 7.1. Goods ordered by the buyer will be delivered depending on the availability of the goods and the seller's operational capabilities, as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days from the date the order is confirmed by the seller.
- 7.2. The availability of goods is indicated for each item. Goods in stock are dispatched within 1–3 working days of receipt of payment, or in the case of cash on delivery, within 1–3 working days of order confirmation. For made-to-order goods, the buyer and seller agree on the estimated delivery time.
- 7.3. If the buyer has ordered goods that are sold out at the time of ordering, the seller has the right to extend the delivery time and will inform the buyer accordingly; if the ordered goods are no longer produced, the seller will promptly inform the buyer and is obliged to refund, within 14 days, the price paid for the goods or any deposit paid, unless the seller and buyer agree on a substitute performance.
- 7.4. The buyer is informed of all changes in the status of the order by e-mail. Order status can be checked after logging into the system.
- 7.5. Ownership of the goods passes to the buyer upon receipt and payment of the purchase price.
- 7.6. Goods are delivered through the courier company GLS to the address specified by the buyer in the order.
- 7.7. Delivery of goods within the territory of EU Member States, or other countries, is carried out only with the buyer's prior written consent to the postage price and any additional delivery conditions.
- 7.8. The seller is not responsible for consequences caused by delayed delivery or loss of a shipment caused by the carrier, or by an unforeseeable and insurmountable obstacle.
- 7.9. The buyer is obliged to check the condition of the packaging upon receipt of the goods, to confirm the shipment is undamaged and complete. If the protective tape is broken, or the packaging shows cracks, deformed corners, a punctured carton or other signs of damage, the delivered goods may also have been damaged. If the packaging is visibly damaged, the buyer is advised not to accept the shipment and to draw up a damage report with the carrier. The carrier is responsible for damage occurring during transport. If the buyer accepts the goods despite obvious damage to the packaging, any subsequent claim regarding the goods will not be accepted.
- 7.10. If a shipment is returned to the seller's address as undelivered due to reasons on the buyer's side (e.g. incorrect address, buyer failed to collect the shipment by mistake or intentionally), the seller will send the buyer an e-mail asking how to proceed with the ordered goods. If the buyer requests the shipment be sent again, the seller will add the cost of delivery for the repeat shipment to the total price, at the same rate as the original delivery. If postage was originally free, the buyer will be charged postage according to the chosen delivery method.
- 7.11. Information on prices and delivery methods can be found at: zuzanaszabova.com/shipping-payments

- 8.7. The buyer is not entitled to send the goods (including documents) back cash-on-delivery. In such a case, the goods will not be accepted.

The seller undertakes, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date of delivery of the withdrawal notice, to return to the buyer all payments received under or in connection with the purchase contract, including any other costs and fees. The seller is not obliged to return these payments before the buyer returns the goods.
- 8.9. The buyer may not withdraw from a contract for goods made according to the buyer's special requirements, i.e. custom-made goods.
- 8.10. If the seller delivers gifts along with the ordered goods, the buyer acknowledges that the gift agreement between the seller and buyer is tied to this purchase contract. - 9.7. If a defect cannot be remedied and prevents the item from being used properly, the buyer has the right to an exchange, or the right to withdraw from the contract.
